20/20/20 – This class combines 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of stress work and 20 minutes of core work. A fun well rounded fitness class.

develops body awareness, by improving and changing the body’s postural alignment habits and increasing
flexibility and ease of movement.
Yoga – Means ‘union’ between body mind and spirit. It is a noncompetitive, progressive practice which enhances
inner balance and peace. Enjoy improving breathing and relaxation techniques, postural alignment and flexibility.
Core Strength – A fun class using fit balls, medicine balls and various other pieces of equipment to strengthen the core muscles. Excellent for improving posture and overall body strength.
